Canonbury Roofing was established in 1970. My two Uncles who started Canonbury Roofing lived locally in the Highbury area and were responsible for the day-to-day running of the company.
I myself joined Canonbury Roofing in 1984 as an apprentice. My Uncle's trained me up in all aspects of traditional pitched roofing and flat roofing plus chimney stack work and guttering.
I now have been roofing for over 25 years and run Canonbury Roofing myself. I like to think that they have passed on a vast knowledge of materials and technique that come in useful within a wide range of designs of roof that I come across in Islington and surrounding areas.
We're very experienced in the laying of asphalt flat roofs and asphalt water proofing of steps and thresholds.
I have recently moved into the increasingly popular marketof solar panel installation. Working alongside a very professional company called Athiena Electrical, who are based in Stoke Newington.
